Welcome to Alchemy Art Psychotherapy
A creative approach to positive mental health.
Art Psychotherapy
Alchemy Art Psychotherapy offers evidence based mental health interventions for children, adolescents and individuals. Art psychotherapy offers a refreshingly different way of working and can alleviate the pressure of traditional talking therapies so that exploring feelings can begin naturally, in a way that feels comfortable. We can help with a range of difficulties and mental health concerns. We are highly skilled at helping people feel at ease, particularly those who don’t feel comfortable communicating with words. Art psychotherapy embraces the process as we journey together on a road to self expression and healing.
